It all started in 2005, when I started having recurring stomach aches. I realized I was intolerant to all of the additives, hormones, and pesticides that were being put in American mass produced food. At the time, I had given up my favoriey comfort food – pizza – and nobody was making pizza “better for you. In 20016, I opened WILD in New York to offer people the best version of a pizza: made with organic, gluten-free flours & tomato sauces, and hormone – free cheese & meats.
