Chef Mariano is extremely outgoing, and amusing his customers is his favorite part of the job.Many Italian restaurants have a heavy American influence, but Acqua Santa is bona fide Italian. Our cuisine is not complicated, but rather simple. We use premium ingredients like our tenderized octopus and cheese imported from Italy, in addition to the best meats and fish.
